Proven process. We use proven processes and technologies for all projects. Our project management methodology includes processes for version control, issue management, risk management, change control and related documentation. Here is a typical workflow.
Collaboration. Experienced Project Managers, with an average of 15 years’ experience in this field, work closely with clients. They analyse business and technical needs, and allocate the right mix of consulting, development, testing and implementation skills and resources.
Agile project management. We use the best of Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step together with our own AGILE methodology to manage projects seamlessly. This ensures effective planning, efficient resource allocation, stringent quality control and completion of the whole project on time and within budget.
Support. We also carry out maintenance and support under Service Level Agreements to ensure the efficient long-term operation of Dynamics AX and ongoing benefits for our clients, helping reduce the total cost of ownership.
Communication. We keep clients fully informed throughout the project, communicating by their preferred methods – face to face, by phone, email, Skype or through a helpdesk. In that way, we can ensure the quality of our service and provide rapid support to resolve any technical or operational issues.
