The End of Dynamics AX Support- and What You Need To Know

Microsoft’s decision to end the support for legacy versions of MS Dynamics AX is a fact that many AX customers need to take serious note of.

Microsoft has officially ceased supporting legacy versions of MS Dynamics AX including AX 2009, AX 2012, and AX 2012 R2. The AX 2012 R3 version’s security hotfixes will be stopped by the 10th of January in 2023. This means that there will be no further non-security hotfixes, no new localization/regulatory updates, and no future enhancements made to these versions.
