The project's core purpose at Vilmers was to streamline and upgrade their operational processes by implementing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 On-Premise ERP Solution. This involved enhancing finance, purchasing, sales, manufacturing, and planning processes, along with creating tailored solutions like "Intercompany" functionality, logistics management, production terminals, label printing systems, and seamless integrations with various systems. The ultimate aim was to optimize Vilmers' operations, maintaining their commitment to delivering top-quality, individually crafted furniture with timeless design and comfort.
The purpose of the UK project was to migrate from the old ERP system to Microsoft Dynamics 365, a unified solution for all group companies. The primary goal was to establish standardized business processes. By configuring Dynamics 365 to align with these common processes, Mapei aims to ensure that all business entities within the group follow the same procedures. This shift toward uniform systems and processes is driven by the desire to simplify support and enhance operational efficiency. This project represents a significant step towards standardizing and streamlining operations across all companies within the Mapei group.
The purpose of this project was to migrate Audio-Technica’s existing implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 into Dynamics 365 Cloud Platform. A “re-implementation” approach was chosen, rather than a technical upgrade. Effective partnership and smooth implementation gave exceptionally good result and business benefits.
The overall objective of the project was to move from Microsoft AX2012 to Dynamics 365 Cloud. To avoid the problems associated with the specific Lithuanian localization requirements, the Swedish company contacted a local Microsoft Partner - GO-ERP.
