The project's core purpose at Vilmers was to streamline and upgrade their operational processes by implementing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 On-Premise ERP Solution. The purpose of the UK project was to migrate from the old ERP system to Microsoft Dynamics 365, a unified solution for all group companies. The purpose of this project was to migrate Audio-Technica’s existing implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 into Dynamics 365 Cloud Platform. A “re-implementation” approach was chosen, rather than a technical upgrade. Effective partnership and smooth implementation gave exceptionally good result and business benefits.
