We are looking for colleagues to work with Microsoft Dynamics 365, a modern, forward-thinking and world-leading business management system. The ERP consultant/analyst looks at the customer’s needs on a daily basis and works together with the programming team to optimize the system for the customer.
If you are currently working as a Business Process Analyst, have experience in accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, overseeing the production process in a large company, planning logistics, planning purchases or sales in a medium or large company, or are familiar with one of the IT systems for business, then this or similar experience would be very valuable to us!
Responsibilities
- Assist the team in analysing the business process(es), assessing opportunities for optimisation and summarising the information available.
- Design changes to the system, prepare descriptions, and communicate information to developers.
- Tests changes to the system.
- Trains the client’s employees on how to use the business management system (ERP).
- Advice clients on the use of the business management system.
- Deepen knowledge of the Dynamics 365 business management system and the solutions we have developed.
- Share experiences, knowledge and insights.
Requirements
- Knowledge of English (B1 level or above);
- Willingness and ability to solve problems;
- Ability to search for information independently;
- Analytical thinking – you can draw conclusions from data;
- Ability to communicate and cooperate;
- Experience in making presentations;
- Good computer skills.
Useful skills
It’s a big advantage if you have to deal with at least some of these tasks in your daily life:
- Identify indicators to measure business processes, and monitor and analyse the actual values of indicators;
- Systematising data, generating reports, providing information at different scales;
- Make presentations;
- Structure and analyse business processes and needs;
- Develop technical requirements;
- Participate in projects to improve planning, management accounting and reporting processes, and in the implementation of information systems used for business planning and management accounting;
- Architect or propose business solutions to address challenging problems;
- Advising and training company staff;
- Work with and understand BI (business intelligence) tools;
- Identify and implement actions to improve performance or meet targets;
- Contribute to the development of digitised ways of processing data across functions and activities;
- Preparation of internal corporate documents and legislation governing the design, modelling and administration of business processes;
- Initiate and carry out the development of new company activities or service processes;
- Calculate and analyse financial ratios.
