The customer’s localisation implementation story
Wistra Cargo Control, UAB designs and manufactures high-quality textile materials and mechanical devices for securing cargo. Because Wistra operates as a group, the microsoft dynamics 365 implementation needed to work across both Germany and Lithuania.
The team therefore selected a local partner to deliver Lithuanian localisation for Dynamics 365. To adapt processes in the Lithuanian subsidiary, the Wistra group chose GO ERP for its specialist team and its Lithuanian localisation solutions built for local statutory requirements.
To meet Lithuanian legal and reporting requirements, GO ERP implemented GO-GPAIS, GO-SEPA, GO-i.SAF, and GO-SAF-T localisation solutions. This enabled reliable, compliant data exchange between Dynamics 365 and Lithuanian government systems.
GO ERP supported the Lithuanian workstream end to end, covering compliance, process alignment, testing, migration, and go-live support. GO ERP first assessed the Lithuanian subsidiary’s requirements and mapped Dynamics 365 configuration to local compliance needs. Next, the Lithuanian team completed Microsoft Dynamics 365 training. GO ERP then prepared the system for go-live by supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and data migration. Finally, the teams went live and GO ERP provided post-go-live support to help users run day-to-day operations confidently.
Overall, the implementation teams across the US, Germany, and Lithuania worked closely to coordinate delivery across countries. As a result, the partners maintained clear, consistent communication across the international programme.
