As a Dynamics 365 Consultant, you will ensure the quality of our solutions and help our customers succeed with our products. As an expert in your field, you will also help your colleagues to grow by sharing your experience and by proposing new solutions and various improvements to customers’ businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the business process(es) to assess how to optimize them.
- Design and test solutions in the system.
- Design changes to the Product System, prepare their descriptions, hand them over to developers and test them.
- Train the client’s staff on how to use the business management system (training, consulting, user manuals).
- Advising clients on how to use the Dynamics 365 ERP system effectively.
- Increase/update your product knowledge.
- Sharing your experience and knowledge by training and mentoring colleagues.
Requirements:
- Ability to analyze and organize information.
- Ability to plan and execute tasks in a time-efficient manner.
- A desire to develop in IT and business process management.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Category B driving license.
- Knowledge of at least one of the following business processes: finance, logistics, purchasing, sales, inventory management, warehouse management.

Useful-to-have skills:
- Knowledge of Russian.
- Knowledge of Polish.
- Experience in consulting work.
- Implementation of business management/accounting systems in a company; training of users; transfer of business needs to system implementers.
- Proficiency/knowledge of MS Dynamics Axapta or Navision.
- Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
